Post a Quality Hold Release

Floor provides the capability for you to post a quality hold release.

To post a quality hold release

1. From the Main Menu, choose Quality.

   The Quality page opens.

2. Choose Quality Hold Release.

   The Quality Hold Release page opens.

3. In the Location field, enter a location.

4. In the Bin Code field, enter a Bin Code.

5. In the Quality Hold No. field, enter a quality hold number.

6. In the Item No. field, enter an item number.

7. If applicable, in the Variant Code field, enter a Variant Code.

8. In the Lot No. field, enter a lot number.

9. If applicable, in the Container No. field, enter a container number.

10. Choose Calculate.

    The Quality Hold Journal page opens.

11. In the Reason Code field, enter a Reason Code.

12. In the Note field, enter note information.

13. Choose P. Batch.

    A message is displayed that indicates the batch was posted successfully.
