Register a Pick Without Containers
Floor provides the capability for you to register a warehouse pick without containers. After a warehouse pick is registered, you can process a warehouse shipment.
Considerations
The CSR may create the warehouse shipment and the pick to push the order to the warehouse.
If container picking is used, see Register a Pick with Containers.
Prerequisites
The pick must be created in JustFood before the pick appears in Floor.
The sales order is released, the shipment is created, and a pick is created. The creation of the pick automatically changes the shipment status to Released.
To register a pick without containers
From the Main Menu, choose Shipping.
The Shipping page opens.
Choose Whse. Pick.
The Picks page opens.
In the No. field, enter a value, scan a label, or to see a full picks list, leave the field blank.
In the Assigned UserID field, to see a full list, leave the field blank, or to see the picks that are assigned to a specific user, enter a user ID.

On the Picks page, a list of picks is displayed. If the No. and Assigned UserID fields are blank, all released picks appear in the list.
Select the pick number of the pick that you want to open, and then choose Open.
The Pick Entry page opens and the first line of the pick is automatically displayed.
The value in the Bin Code field is the Take bin, and is automatically populated based on First Expired First Out (FEFO).

The Lot No. values defaults based on FEFO.
If available, scan the item label.
When a label is scanned, the Scan fields are automatically populated, and compared against the current pick line to ensure that the correct product was selected. If the values do not match, an error message is displayed.
Scan the Place bin label, or in the Place Bin field, enter a value.
To go to the next record in the pick, choose Next (>).
When all picks are entered, choose Post.
