Create Family Groups

You can create a family group code, and then assign it to families that you want to group together.

To create a family group code

1. Open the Family Groups page.

2. On the Home tab, choose New.

3. In the Code field, enter the code that represents the family group.

4. In the Description field, enter the description of the family group.

5. Close the page.

   From the Families page, you can now assign a family group code to a family when you create a family with a header BOM.
