Define the Labels to Print
You can define which labels are printed for specific item, vendor and location combinations. When a label is printed, JustFood looks at the Label Configuration page to see which version of a report should be printed for the item, vendor, and location combination. If no combination exists, then an error will be displayed. You can set up the label configuration for item labels, container labels, shipping container labels and posted shipping container labels.
Before you begin to define which labels reports are printed, you can create custom layouts for the labels (see Create a Custom Report Layout).
Note
If you want a GS1-128 bar code to be printed on the Inventory Label (23019508), then you need to select the Default check box for a GS1-128 type on the Bar Code Types page.
When a new company is created, or an upgrade is applied, the following records will be added to the Label Configuration page. Note: Existing records will not be overwritten.
Item Type | Source Type | Location Type | Label Type | Report ID |
---|---|---|---|---|
All | All | All | Item | 23019508 |
All | All | All | Container | 23019826 |
All | All | All | Shipping Container | 23019822 |
All | All | All | Posted Shipping Container | 23019824 |
