Create a Preventative Maintenance Group Code

To group Preventative Maintenance (PM) Procedures and Work Orders, create PM Group Codes.

To create a PM Group Code

  1. Choose the Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature icon, enter pm groups, and then choose the related link.

    The PM Groups page opens.

  2. For each PM Group that you want to create, perform the following steps:

    1. Choose New.

    2. In the Code field, enter a code to represent a way to group PM Procedures and PM Work Orders.

    3. In the Description field, enter a description for the code.
