    View Non-Capacity Time

    Scheduler provides the capability for you to view non-capacity time. To see how non-capacity time is displayed in Scheduler, see Walkthrough: Absences and Walkthrough: Holiday and Off-Hours.

    Prerequisites

    To see non-capacity time in Scheduler, such as an absence, holiday, or non-work hours, JustFood must be set up as follows:

    • The work centers and machine centers must have a location.

    • One of the following setups must exist:

      • For the work centers or machine centers, absences must be set up.

      • Holidays must be associated with a shop calendar, which is then associated with a work center.

      • Work days and hours must be associated with a shop calendar, which is then associated with a work center.

    • In JustFood, Scheduler views are created.

    • The machine or work centers that have a non-capacity time must be added to a Scheduler view.

    • The Scheduler view location must be the same as the work center or machine center location.

    To view non-capacity time

    1. From the list on the left, select a Scheduler view.

    2. From the Arrangement group, select one of the following values for a calendar view:

      • Day

      • Next 7 Days

      • Week

      • Month

      • Timeline

    3. Select the Resource Groups check box.

      Non-capacity times are displayed as follows:

      • Updated Absences (Impacts calendar capacity): Red with bars.

      • Non-Updated Absences (Does not impact calendar capacity): Yellow with bars.

      • Holidays: Yellow

      • Time outside of work hours: Grey

      For the Month view, only holidays are displayed.
