Create a Preventative Maintenance Fault Code

To manage Preventative Maintenance (PM) faults, create PM Fault Codes.

To create a PM Fault Code

1. From the Prev. Maintenance Technician role center home page, choose Administration > PM Fault Codes.

   The PM Fault Codes page opens.

2. For each PM Fault Code that you want to create, perform the following steps:

   1. Choose New.

   2. In the PM Fault Area, enter the code that is associated with the PM Fault Area for the PM Fault Code that you are creating.

   3. In the Code field, enter a code to represent the PM Fault.

   4. In the Description field, enter a description for the code.
