Create a Preventative Maintenance Fault Reason Code

To manage Preventative Maintenance (PM) fault reasons, create PM Fault Reason Codes.

To create a PM Fault Reason Code

1. From the Prev. Maintenance Technician role center home page, choose Administration > PM Fault Reason.

   The PM Fault Reason page opens.

2. For each PM Fault Reason Code that you want to create, perform the following steps:

   1. Choose New.

   2. In the Code field, enter a code to represent the PM Fault Reason.

   3. In the Description field, enter a description for the code.
