Enter a Shipping Agent when Receiving

If the Shipping Agent field is set to be displayed in Floor, you can enter or change a shipping agent for a warehouse receipt when receiving.

Prerequisites

• Set up JustFood to use shipping agents in Floor.

• Floor Guided Interfaces are set up.

• A purchase order (PO) or warehouse receipt was created.

Note

Depending on how you enter information in to Floor, additional prerequisites may exist.

To enter a shipping agent when receiving

1. From the Main Menu, choose Receiving.

2. Depending on whether a warehouse receipt was created, perform one of the following procedures:

   • If a warehouse receipt was not created, perform the following steps:

     1. To view the list of released POs, choose PO Receiving, and then choose Search.

     2. Select the PO that you want.

   • If a warehouse receipt was already created, perform the following steps:

     1. Choose Whse. Receiving.

     2. Select the warehouse receipt.

3. In the Shipping Agent field, choose the Up Arrow.

4. Select the shipping agent.

5. Choose OK.

   The Shipping Agent field is populated with the selected value.
