Search for a Released Production Order

Floor provides the capability for you to search for a released production order.

To search for a released production order

From the Main Menu, choose Production.

The Production page opens.
Choose Released Prod. Order List.

The Released Prod. Order List page opens.
Perform one or more of the following steps:
- In the Prod. Order No field, if available, enter the production order number of the released production order that you want to search for.
- In the Item No field, if available, enter the item number of the released production order that you want to search for.
- In the Variant Code field, if available, enter the variant code of the released production order that you want to search for.
- In the Description field, if available, enter a description of the released production order that you want to search for.
- In the Location Code field, if available, enter the Location Code of the released production order that you want to search for.
- In the Bin Code field, if available, enter the Bin Code of the released production order that you want to search for.
Choose Search.

Depending on the search criteria that was specified, one or more records may be displayed.

If a list of released production orders are displayed, to browse the list to find the order that you are searching for, choose the First, Previous, Next, and Last buttons.

After you find the released production order that you were searching for, to view the production order details,ensure that the No. field is selected.
