Assign a Warehouse Pick

If a warehouse pick is unassigned and you open the warehouse pick, the warehouse pick is automatically assigned to you.

To assign a warehouse pick

1. From the Main Menu, choose Shipping.

   The Shipping page opens.

2. Choose Whse. Pick.

   The Picks page opens.

3. In the No field, enter the number of the warehouse pick that you want to assign, otherwise, to perform a search for all warehouse picks, leave the field blank.

4. Ensure that the Assigned UserID field is blank.

5. Choose Search.

   Any warehouse picks that match the search criteria that was specified are displayed.

6. To select the warehouse pick that you want to assign, select the Pick No.

7. Choose Open.

   The Assigned User and Assigned Date fields are populated. Also, the Assigned Time field is set to the time when the pick was opened.
