This section explains the changes that were made to the applications that work with JustFood.

Floor

Required Setup Steps

The updates to Floor require you to perform several steps to ensure that the new functions will work in Floor once the JustFood and Floor releases have been installed.

You must perform these steps.

To activate the Floor changes:

1. Initialize the interfaces.

   This step needs to be performed for each company.

   1. Choose the icon, enter Floor Setup, and then choose the related link.

   2. In Floor Setup page, on the Home tab, choose Initialize Interfaces.

   3. Clear the Replace Existing Interfaces check box.

   4. Select the Show New Fields as Visible check box.

   5. Click OK.

   6. Click OK once the action has been completed.

2. If you want to show the new the Description field on the Floor Put-Away Entry screen, you need to set the field to display.

   1. Choose the icon, enter Interfaces, and then choose the related link.

   2. On the Floor Interfaces page, open the PUT_LINE interface.

   3. On the Floor Interface page, select the Show check box for the Description line.

   4. Close the page.

3. Reload the Floor interfaces.

   1. In Floor, on the Main Menu, tap the Help icon.

   2. Tap Reload Menus and Interfaces.

   3. Tap the Back icon to return to the Main Menu.

   4. Close the page.
