Add a Child Menu Item to an Entry in the Floor Main Menu
JustFood provides the capability for you to add a child menu item to an entry in the Floor Main Menu.
To add a child menu item to an entry in the Floor Main Menu
Choose , enter floor menus, and then choose the related link.
The Floor Menus page opens.
In the Menu Code field, select the code that represents the menu for which you want to add a child menu item to the Floor Main Menu.
Select the menu item that you want to add the child item to.
The item must have a menu type of Folder.
On the action bar, choose Process > Add Child Menu Item.
The Mobile WS Menu Item page opens.
In the Menu Type field, perform one of the following steps:
If you want to add child menu items to the menu, select Folder.
If you want the link to go to a new function page, select Link.
You cannot add child menu items to a link.
In the Menu Position field, enter the number that represents the order that you want the item to appear in the menu.
In the WS Function field, perform one of the following steps:
If you selected in the Menu Type field, the value of Folder, select MENU.
If you selected in the Menu Type field, the value of Link, select the function that you want the link to go to.
In the Menu Text field, enter the text that you want to appear in the menu.
If you want the handheld user to be able to enter data on which to search, turn on Include Search Box.
In the Search Box Text field, enter the text that will explain the type of number to enter in the Search box.
The number type is passed on the selected WS function. For example, if you select QA as the WS function, the search would be by quality audit number.
On the action bar, choose Process > Add Item.
To initialize the Menu Code, perform the following steps:
Choose , enter floor setup, and then choose the related link.
The Floor Setup page opens.
On the action bar, choose Process > Initialize Menu Codes.
Reload the Floor interfaces.
