Set up Floor to use Country of Origin

You can set up JustFood so that the country of origin can be entered when you are receiving in Floor.

Prerequisite

  • An item's Item Tracking Code must be enabled to use country of origin. To enable country of origin, on the Item Tracking Code Card page, on the Misc. FastTab, turn on Enable Country of Origin Tracking.

To set up country of origin

  1. To define the states and provinces that you want to be available from Floor, perform the following steps:

    1. Choose Magnifying glass that opens the Tell Me feature, enter states or origin, and then choose the related link.

      The States of Origin page opens.

    2. For the states, provinces, or both that you want to be available from Floor, select the Use in Floor check box.

  2. For any states, provinces, or both where the Use in Floor check box was selected, you also must select on the Countries/Regions page, the Use in Floor check box for the corresponding country or region. To define the countries and regions that you want to be available from Floor, perform the following steps:

    1. Choose Magnifying glass that opens the Tell Me feature, enter countries/regions, and then choose the related link.

      The Countries/Regions page opens.

    2. For the countries, regions, or both that you want to be available from Floor, select the Use in Floor check box.

  3. To display the COO field in Floor, perform the following steps:

    1. Choose Magnifying glass that opens the Tell Me feature, enter floor interfaces, and then choose the related link.

      The Floor Interfaces page opens.

    2. Perform one of the following steps:

      • If you are using the Classic interface, select the WHRCPT_LINE interface, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.

        The Floor Interface page opens.

      • If you are using the Guided interface, select the WHRCPT_LINE_GD interface, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.

        The Floor Interface page opens.

    3. Perform one of the following steps:

      • If you selected the WHRCPT_LINE interface, on the Lines, for the Country of Origin line, select the Show check box.

      • If you selected the WHRCPT_LINE_GD interface, on the Lines, for the COO line, select the Editable check box, and then select the Show check box.

  4. Reload the Floor interfaces.
