Set up Floor to use Shipping Agents

You can set up JustFood so that a shipping agent can be entered or changed when receiving in Floor.

To set up Floor to use shipping agents

1. To define the shipping agents that you want to be available from Floor, perform the following steps:

   1. Choose , enter shipping agents, and then choose the related link.

      The Shipping Agents page opens.

   2. For the shipping agents that you want to be available from Floor, select the Use in Floor check box.

2. To display the Shipping Agent field in Floor, perform the following steps:

   1. Choose , enter floor interfaces, and then choose the related link.

      The Floor Interfaces page opens.

   2. Select the WHRCPT_LIST interface, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.

      The Floor Interface page opens.

   3. On the Lines, for the record with the Line Type that is equal to Detail and the Interface Field Caption that is equal to Ship Agent, select the Show check box.

   4. To return to the Floor Interfaces page, choose Back.

      The Floor Interfaces page opens.

   5. Select the PO_LIST interface, and then on the action bar, choose Manage > View.

      The Floor Interface page opens.

   6. On the Lines, for the record with the Line Type that is equal to Detail and the Interface Field Caption that is equal to Shipping Agent, select the Show check box.

3. Reload the Floor interfaces.
