Export Sales History for ForecastX
JustFood provides the capability for you to create a file of the sales history, which can be saved, and then used by ForecastX.
To export a forecast
Choose
, enter export forecastx data, and then choose the related link.The Export ForecastX Data page opens.
In the File Structure field, specify whether you want the forecasted sales to be reported Weekly or Monthly.
In the Starting Date field, select the start date of the sales history that you want to export.
In the Location Code field, select a Location Code.
If required, in the Item section, specify filters.
Choose OK.
Save the file to a location on your machine.
From within Excel, you can open the file, and use ForecastX to generate the forecast and adjust the data as required, and then import into JustFood. For information on using ForecastX, go to the John Galt website.
