Create an Item Recall
JustFood provides the capability for you to create an Item Recall. When an Item Recall is created, you can see where a recalled item was used, including how and when it was received, produced, transferred, sold, consumed, or returned.
These features are useful in quality control when you must find out which customers received products with a particular lot number or when you must find out which lot a defective component came from.
Prerequisites
Ensure that the number series for Item Recalls have been set up. For more information, see Set Up the Number Series for Item Recalls.
