Share a Dashboard

If you have a Power BI Pro account, you can share your dashboard with other Power BI Pro users.

To share a dashboard

1. In the Power BI web app (https://app.powerbi.com), choose My Workspace > Dashboards, and then select the dashboard that you want to share.

2. Choose the Share icon.

   

   The Share Dashboard page opens.

3. In the Grant access to field, enter the address of the person that you want to share the dashboard with.

4. Choose Share.

   The user that you chose to share the dashboard with is sent an email with a link to the dashboard.
