Update a Preventative Maintenance Work Order
The person that is responsible for processing a Preventative Maintenance (PM) Work Order must update the PM Work Order with the results of a completed PM Procedure.
Prerequisites
- A PM Work Order has been created. For more information, see Create a Preventative Maintenance Work Order.
To update a PM Work Order
From the Prev. Maintenance Technician role center home page, choose PM Work Orders.
The PM Work Order page opens.
Select the PM Work Order No. that is associated with the PM Work Order that you want to update.
The Work Order page opens.
Update the PM Work Order fields based on the results of the completed PM Procedure.
