Create a Preventative Maintenance Fault Area Code

To manage Preventative Maintenance (PM) fault areas, create PM Fault Area Codes.

To create a PM Fault Area Code

1. From the Prev. Maintenance Technician role center home page, choose Administration > PM Fault Areas.

   The PM Fault Areas page opens.

2. For each PM Fault Area Code that you want to create, perform the following steps:

   1. Choose New.

   2. In the Code field, enter a code to represent the PM Fault Area.

   3. In the Description field, enter a description for the code.
