Create a Preventative Maintenance Measure Code Value

On the PM Measure Codes page, when the Value Type for a PM Measure Code is set to Code, you can define the values that a user can select.

To create a PM Measure Code Value

1. Choose , enter pm measure codes, and then choose the related link.

   The PM Measure Codes page opens.

2. Select the record that has a Value Type of Code for which you want to add one or more PM Measure Code Values.

3. On the action bar, choose Navigate > PM Measure > PM Measure Code Values.

   The PM Measure Code Values page opens.

4. For each PM Measure Code Value that you want to create, perform the following steps:

   1. Choose New.

   2. In the Code field, enter a code to represent the a PM Measure Code Value.

   3. In the Description field, enter a description for the code.
