Set Up PM Procedure Nos., PM Work Order Nos., and Notify User on Order Creation
JustFood provides the capability for you to define the prefix codes that are used for Preventative Maintenance (PM) Procedure numbers, and PM Work Order numbers. You also can specify whether users are to be notified when a PM Work Order is created.

To set up PM Procedure Nos., PM Work Order Nos., and Notify User on Order Creation
Choose
, enter pm setup, and then choose the related link.The PM Setup page opens.
In the PM Procedure Nos. field, select a code.
In the PM Work Order Nos. field, select a code.
To specify that users are to be notified when a PM Work Order is created, select Notify User on Order Creation.
