Move an Item on a Quality Hold
To move items on a quality hold, you can use the Item Reclass. Journal page or the Floor application. The Item Reclass. Journal page has a Quality Hold No. field, which provides the capability for you to enter the quality hold number that you want to move.
Prerequisite
Permissions to move items on quality holds have been set up. For more information, see Set Up Permissions To Move Items on Quality Holds
To move an item on a quality hold
Choose
, enter item reclassification journals, and then choose the related link.The Item Reclassification Journals page opens.
As required, in the following fields, enter information:
Document No.
Item No.
Quantity
Location Code
Bin Code
Container No.
New Location Code
New Bin Code
New Container No.
In the Quality Hold No. field, select a value.
Note
You cannot select a quality hold number unless a value is selected in the Bin Code field.
On the action bar, choose Navigate > Line > Item Tracking Lines.
The Item Tracking Lines page opens.
On the action bar, choose Process > Select Entries.
The Item Tracking - Select Entries page opens.
Ensure that the desired entries are selected, and then choose OK.
To return to the Item Reclassification Journal page, close the Item Tracking Lines page.
The Tracking Status field now displays FILLED.
On the Item Reclassification Journals page, choose Process > Post.
The items that are on quality hold are moved to the new location, and the new bin, container, or both.
