Inventory Label Report
The Inventory Label report prints an inventory label. When this report is run, JustFood looks on the Label Configuration page at the Item label type to see which report layout to print. The report has a Word layout.
The report can only be run from the following locations:
On the Item Ledger Entries page, from Action > Print > Print Label.
If on the Item Journal Templates page, for the record with the name of ITEM, the Print Inventory Label on Post check box was selected, the report can be run on the Item Journal page, from Process > Post or Post and Print.
On the Floor Whse. Receipt Entry page, from the Print button.
On the Floor Output page, from the Post button when a printer is selected.
When on the Plant Device Configuration page, in the Post Action field, Post & Print is selected, the report can be run on the Plant Material Output page, from the Post button.
When the report is run, the report looks at the Bar Code Types page. For more information about setting up bar codes, see About Bar Codes.
If the Default check box is selected for a GS1-128 type, that bar code format will be used for the center bar code in addition to the applicable item, lot number, and serial number bar codes.
If the Default check box is selected for a type other than GS1-128, the default bar code type will be ignored, and the applicable item, lot number, and serial number bar codes will be printed.
If the Default check box is not selected, the applicable item, lot number, and serial number bar codes will be printed.
