Scheduler

The Scheduler application is a graphical calendar that provides the capability for you to view all machines on the shop floor. Scheduler can also help you make faster decisions about production.

The following list describes some of the benefits of using the Scheduler application:

• Drag and drop production orders to a new date or time and across machine centers.

• View your production schedule by day, week, month, timeline, and list.

• Handle linked production orders, alternate routings, co-products and families.

• View visual indicators around material shortages and late operations.

• Assist with scheduling resources by providing the capability for you to view work and machine center capacity, allocation, and load % by shift.

• Aid with scheduling changeovers by providing color schemes for identification of like products.

• Prioritize scheduling based on specific properties, such as light to dark, allergens, and so on.

• View work and machine center downtime and holidays which provides the capability for you to schedule around maintenance and capacity constraints.
