Create a Scheduler View
To determine which work and machine centers are available from the Scheduler application, a Scheduler view is used.
Scheduler views are related to locations, which means that the production orders on a Scheduler view are limited to a single location. If you have different locations, it is recommended that you make separate work centers and machine centers for each location, which will allow you to set up Scheduler views for the different locations. You will not be able to combine centers from different locations in one Scheduler view.
After you create a Scheduler view, you must add the work centers or machine centers that will appear in Scheduler.
Note
You must add the centers in the order that you want them to appear in Scheduler.
Whenever a Scheduler view is added or updated, you must refresh the Scheduler application.
To create a Scheduler view
Choose , enter scheduler views, and then choose the related link.
The Scheduler Views page opens.
On the action bar, choose New.
The Scheduler View page opens.
In the Code field, enter a code to represent the Scheduler view.
In the Description field, enter a description of the view.
This description appears in the Scheduler application.
Note
If you want the view to appear in Scheduler, you must enter a description.
In the Location Code field, select the location to which the view will apply.
When this view is selected in the Scheduler, only production orders that are associated with that location are displayed.

In the No. field, select the number for the center that is to appear in Scheduler.
Note: The center that you select must have a blank location or the same location that appears on the General FastTab, in the Location Code field. You can view a work center’s location on the Work Center Card page, on the Warehouse FastTab, in the Location Code field. Machine centers inherit the location of the associated work center.
Refresh the Scheduler application
Open the Scheduler application.
On the Home tab, choose Refresh All.
