    Add an Absence

    Scheduler provides the capability for you to add an absence to a work center or machine center.

    To add an absence

    1. From the list on the left, select a Scheduler view.

    2. Choose Add Absence.

    3. Select the center to which you want to add the absence.

    4. Select the date and time the absence starts.

    5. Select the date and the time the absence ends.

    6. Enter a description of the absence.

    7. Choose Add Absence.

      The absence is added to the calendar.
