Scheduler
Scheduler is an application that integrates with JustFood and provides the capability for you to view all of the machines on your shop floor and to help you make decisions about production.
Scheduler includes functionality that helps you to perform the following tasks and much more:
Drag and drop production orders to a new date, a new time, or both, and across machine centers.
View your production schedule by day, week, month, timeline, and list.
Handle linked production orders, alternate routings, co-products, and families.
View visual indicators around material shortages and late operations.
View work center or machine center capacity, allocation, and load % by shift, for quick reference while scheduling resources.
Aid scheduling changeovers by providing color schemes for quick identification of like products.
Use the auto-prioritize scheduling function to quickly prioritize the schedule based on specific properties, such as light to dark, and allergens.
View work center and machine center downtime, including holidays, which allows you to easily schedule around maintenance and capacity constraints.
