Set up Floor Users
If defined users are associated with a default company and if User ID filter fields are automatically populated with their ID, you can use the Floor User Setup page to set up Floor users.
To set up Floor users
Choose
, enter floor user setup list, and then choose the related link.The Floor User Setup List page opens.
On the action bar, choose New.
The Floor User Setup Card page opens.
In the User ID field, select the user who will be working in Floor.
In the Default Company field, select the company that will be the default when the user logs in to Floor.
If required, in the Floor About screen, the user can change the default company.
If you want the Assigned User ID Filter field on the Floor screens to be populated with the user ID, turn on Apply Assigned User ID Filter.
