Create a Preventative Maintenance Calculation Method

JustFood provides the capability for you to create Preventative Maintenance (PM) calculation methods.

To create a PM calculation method

1. From the Prev. Maintenance Technician role center home page, choose Administration > PM Procedure > Process > Calc. Methods.

   The PM Calc. Methods page opens.

2. For each PM calculation method that you want to create, perform the following steps:

   1. Choose New.

   2. In the PM Scheduling Type field, select a value.

   3. If in the PM Scheduling Type field, Calendar was selected, in the Work Order Freq. field, specify a frequency.

   4. In the Evaluation Qty. field, specify a quantity.

   5. In the Scheduler at % field, enter a number.
