Edit the Result Value for a Quality Audit Entry

Floor provides the capability for you to edit the result value for a quality audit entry.

To edit the result value for a quality audit entry

1. From the Main Menu, choose Quality.

   The Quality page opens.

2. In the QA No. field, enter the number that is associated with the quality audit entry that you want to edit.

   The Quality Audits page opens.

3. Choose Open.

   The Quality Audit Entry page opens.

4. To find the entry that you want to edit, choose the Previous (<) and Next (>) buttons.

5. Ensure that in the Complete field, No is selected.

6. If the result value that you want to edit is not a number, select a different value, otherwise perform the following steps when the result value that you want to edit is a number:

   1. Choose Edit Results

      The QA Result Lines page opens.

   2. In the Result Value field, enter a new value.
