View a Purchase Rebate Source Document
JustFood provides the capability for you to view the source documents that are associated with a purchase rebate.
To view a purchase rebate source document
Choose
icon, enter purchase rebates, and then choose the related link.The Purchase Rebates page opens.
For the rebate for which you want to view the rebate source documents, select the Code field.
The Purchase Rebate Card page opens.
To view the rebate entries or rebate ledger entries, perform one of the following steps:
To view the open rebate entries for the rebate, on the action bar, choose Navigate > Rebate > Entries > Open.
The Rebate Entries page opens.
To view the registered rebate ledger entries for the rebate, on the action bar, choose Navigate > Rebate > Entries > Registered.
The Rebate Ledger Entries page opens.
To view the posted rebate ledger entries for the rebate, on the action bar, choose Navigate > Rebate > Entries > Posted.
The Rebate Ledger Entries page opens.
To view the closed rebate ledger entries for the rebate, on the action bar, choose Navigate > Rebate > Entries > Closed.
The Rebate Ledger Entries page opens.
To view the vendor ledger entries for the rebate, on the action bar, choose Navigate > Rebate > Entries > Vendor Ledger Entries.
The Vendor Ledger Entries page opens.
Depending on the page that you are on, perform one of the following steps:
If you are on the Rebate Entries page or the Rebate Ledger Entries page, on the action bar, choose Navigate > Entry > Show Source Document.
If you are on the Vendor Ledger Entries page, on the action bar, choose Actions > Show Posted Document.
