View Purchase Rebate Statistics

JustFood provides the capability for you to view the statistics for a purchase rebate. You can view totals for the following fields:

• Open ($)

• Registered ($)

• Posted ($)

• Outstanding ($)

• Closed ($)

• Total Amount ($)

To view purchase rebate statistics

1. Choose , enter purchase rebates, and then choose the related link.

   The Purchase Rebates page opens.

2. To view the statistics for a particular rebate, select the corresponding Code field.

   The Purchase Rebate Card page opens.

3. On the action bar, choose Navigate > Rebate > Statistics.

   The Purchase Rebate Statistics page opens.

4. (Optional) To view the rebate entries that are associated with the Open ($) total, in the Open ($) field, select the link.

   The Rebate Entries page opens.

5. (Optional) To view the rebate ledger entries that are associated with the Registered ($), Posted ($), and Closed ($) totals, select the links that appear in the Registered ($), Posted ($), and Closed ($) fields.

   The Rebate Ledger Entries page opens.
