View the Rebate Entries for a Purchase Order

JustFood provides the capability for you to view the rebate entries for a purchase order.

To view the rebate entries for a purchase order

1. Choose , enter purchase orders, and then choose the related link.

   The Purchase Orders page opens.

2. On the purchase order for which you want to view the rebate entries, select the No. field.

   The Purchase Order page opens.

3. On the Purch. Document Rebate FactBox, perform one of the following steps:

   • To view Off-Invoice rebate entries, in the Off-Invoice Rebate ($) field, select the amount.

   • To view other rebate entries, in the Other Rebate ($) field, select the amount.

   The Rebate Entries page opens and displays the rebate entries for the purchase order.
