Adjust the Weight of an Item

JustFood provides the capability for you to change the weight of an item. As long as there are warehouse entries or item ledger entries, you can change the weight.

This function can be used in the following situations:

    • If a weight has been entered incorrectly and the weight must be changed.

    • If inventory has reduced to zero but there is residual weight left and that weight must be zeroed out.

To adjust the weight of an item

    1. Choose Tell me what you want to do, enter weight adjustments, and then choose the related link.

      The Weight Adjustments page opens.

    2. If records appear on the page, on the action bar, choose Process > Clear Lines.

    3. On the action bar, choose Process > Calc. Weight Adjustments.

The matching records are returned to the Weight Adjustments page.

    8. On the action bar, choose Process > Adjust Entries.
